About Me
My name is Taniesha S. Morris. My pseudonym, Shantelle “Moose” Mutcherson, comes from a very special person to me. I am a 35-year-old aspiring children’s author and mother of two with a love of writing stories and poetry for the young and the old. Since sixth grade, I have been writing. I became more consistent with my writing as I grew older but truly focused after becoming a mother. One night in particular in 2018, I was asked by my kids to make up a story on the spot during bedtime. They loved it so much, that it became a regular occurrence. I began writing these stories down, in hopes to one day get the courage to publish them so that more than just my kiddos could enjoy them. I decided to create a blog to help with that courage. Every week I will be posting stories for children’s books, and poetry. I do hope that you enjoy this journey with me.
